I am a Mortgage Planner in the financial services industry. I have served two years as a Director for Colorado Association of Mortgage Brokers. It was my Board who tirelessly pushed for the first law in the State of Colorado’s history to regulate mortgage brokers. I believe in protecting my clients’ financial investments through real estate and to help my clients find money at the lowest cost possible – both interest cost and monthly payments.
Excel Home Lending is comprised of a fantastic team and I proudly work alongside them to create a smooth lending experience for my clients. We are a residential mortgage brokerage firm and have helped thousands of families not only purchase homes and investment properties, but in doing so have also saved them hundreds of dollars per month.
My favorite part about what I do is teaching financial literacy and my overall goal is to understand and help integrate my clients’ largest investment into their overall financial plan. One of the ways I do this is to partner them up with other key advisors so they can use their mortgage and real estate holdings to build wealth instead of debt. Since an interest rate and specific type of home loan are critical to my clients’ financial success and happiness, I help steer them in an informed direction and put the best, most tailored program together in the process.
